I suck at launching and track conditions were horrible, but I thought I'd report that I ran a 13.95 @ 104.5 on this setup. ~15 PSI, worn street tires, W-58 5 speed with good clutch. JDM Aristo ECU, 440's with 10 OHM resistors, VVT-i coils, 3075 feet elevation, 100 degrees 80% humidity.
Pretty sure I'd hit 12's with traction.
R/T ... .244
60' ... 2.294 LOL
330 ... 6.149
1/8 ... 9.195
MPH ... 81.53
1000 ... 11.770
1/4 ... 13.951
MPH ... 104.51

Yep, looks like an Aristo ECU, here's what a quick search came up with :
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...ce-in-ecu.html
Side note, does the TT-MAP we need come on any other car or only the Supra?
Oh, looks like Killersqrl beat me to it...

the 1jz, 2jz, and 3sgte share the same type of map sensor, buts its not any easier to find one off an mr2 its actually easier to find one from an aristo or supra 2jzgte when someone goes standalone and sells their stock stuff which happens all the time, obviously check here and at supraforums they have a large volume of stock supra parts going through there also good place to look for ecu's.
I finally tucked the intake side of the engine harness under the lower runners.. what a pain but the ffim setup will end up looking better something I didn't take the time on the last time around.

I thought you left off the link is why I didn't answer now I see the "this" is a link.. lol
nope that is the wrong one, or at least not the one most people use but surprisingly its also looks like a 2.5 bar.
this is the right one to use
MPX4250AP-ND
SENSOR ABS PRES 36.3 PSI MAX
usually get them from digikey but you can get it from anywhere. also grab a connector or a 3-pin connector from like a PC fan will work more or less, you only need 3 pins to make it work the rest you cut off (one at a time do not touch 2 pins together small electronics are sensitive, also do not ground any of the pins, as in do not set it on the metal chassis of your car).
http://www.digikey.com/product-detai...50AP-ND/464053
If you do a google search for motorola 2.5 bar map sensor you will find tons of writeups from other forums, the honda guys use these pretty much all the time.

there is no difference between these 2 ecu's you are talking about
Aristo ECU Part Number:
- 89661-35060 (91-93)
- 89661-30870 (93-97)
both are JDM, both are from an Aristo, all Aristo's are automatic, just one is a few years newer than the other. they will both work and run the car the same.
the 89661-14491 is just the same ecu but in a supra
Supra ECU Part Numbers (Auto, J-Spec, TT):
- 89661-14490 (9305-9310)
- 89661-14491 (9310-9605)
I believe they are pretty much the same although with the supra ecu, you will not have to do the a/c relay fix, the a/c works plug and play.
I know that now since I am running a JDM 6spd supra ecu now which runs really nice I would suggest everyone manual swap and use one of these and the obd2 96+ guys who need emissions swap to a manual and use a 6spd USDM supra ecu and then you won't have any codes you can't get rid of easily.
The auto ecu's will run it and the auto trans but not everything on the auto trans works right and it looks like I won't be getting the lock up working on the ge trans with the gte ecu. you could configure it manually on a switch very easily but to get the ecu to trigger it is not going to happen. I suggest installing a larger trans cooler for the time being or swapping a gte trans or manual swapping.

thanks- I went ahead and bought the 89661-14491 ecu. How do I put the lockup on a switch (Which wires and how to wire up the switch if you know?)

unfortunantly it just isn't worth the time or effort of anyone one here.. Best thing to do is like stated above..
run a really good trans cooler and deal with crappy gas milage..
I am in tne process of looking into a TT-auto Swap and will do a write up on that once it is confirmed and working.. but don't count on any time soon lol.

if you look on my build thread you will see Ali an I discussing the new method of how to make a switch work.. or just go a few pages back and read pg.110-current and you will get the idea..

yeah i saw that- ill try to get a pinout and figure it out...

lockup on a switch you just need a standard 12V relay to the wire going to the lockup on the trans.
If you don't turn it off before stopping or under a bunch of different scenarios I think its worse then leaving it off all the time.
If you break it remember I don't like automatic transmissions and have nothing to do with you breaking your own transmission I don't even think its a good idea.
