ok guys heres the trick i used the foam as the structure of my lip then once i shaped it to my liking i fiberglassed over it and once that hardend up i perected it with bondo... sounds easy but if u have the will power u can do it!

Man If I did not get the lip I have I would have done the same thing brother!! I just learned how to use bondo and fiberglass from my neighbor, who used to work at a custom bike shop and before that making surfboards for a shop. I showed him the pictures and he said, and I quote " Damn right".
I,m thinking of doing it anyways how I'm going to do it:
Tape off the bumper: (just in case I want to remove it or copy it)
Seafoam like a ****!
shape the seafoam !
fiberglass the hell out of the front and back 8x-10x Fiberglass cat hair
Bondo back and front (God I love that stuff!)
polyurethane spray paint ( kragen 6 bucks can of paint)
I'll be off to the junk yard tomorrow to look for a bumper I'll PM you brother, because I know I'll need the help, real inspiration brother!

sounds good dr. fate dont think you need that much glass tho i layerd mine 3 times and is as hard as a rock dude. i was thinkin of useing tape to pop out a couple of them but decided to mold right in. good job thou i like your ambition.

thanks boston i just painted it friday havent wet-sanded and buff yet ether im going for a completly glass wet look on this car...

damn looks like you do great work looks like i will be taking my bumper to you for sure. Just gonna wait to see how ur lip comes out might want to go ahead and add that also A+...... Also those forgiato rims are tight work but if ur really lookin for wheels give LRD a holla he the man for feet on whips

Not to thread jack but here's my work, and I just as of last month learned the proper way to use fiberglass and bondo...
