How about you go ahead and proceed with the time, research, trials, errors and money and keep us posted on how things turn out? Let us learn from any mistakes you might possibly make with this investment.

I'm sure you can make it work. Fellas here have proven it possible with modifying the OEM lip for the 97+ bumper and the Type R lip. and of course.. gardening materials..

In this case since the front lip/spoiler would have to be cut up and modified anyway, I would shop ebay for a style that is decent but does not have the best fitment on a Supra (i.e.-raceonusa) to keep the cost down. Make it work and it comes out nice, then you archived your goal without braking the bank

Since I already did the type R lip I will most likely move on to the supra lip whenever I get done with my interior. I have been curious about doing it too. Just costs a little more money for supra parts so I have been holding back till everything else is done on my car.

I know ive seen a EK lip on a SC fits nice lil gapage but no worries, might hit up home depot to do a DIY lip,a few friends of mine have done it to their race/dd cars and they came out nice.
