Yes their is a better way. First thing hook up your low beam hid kit with a relay harness (from your writing it sounds like your not using one, btw if you need to make one google it, its really easy). That'll take stress off your oem wires since the power will come directly from the battery. Now one of your oem low beam harness's are no longer being used (Odds are its the passnager side). Now attach a second relay harness to that harness and use that for your fog lights.
The tint is being removed buddy, and i dont believe they will be blinding.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE DESCRIPTION!!!

LoL, def buddy, give me some time im working on it.

Do you have any suggestions for the relay to be used, a brand and good price that you like. Also if i am only using the low beam harness to trigger the relay to turn on the lows and fogs then i could use just the drives side low beam harness to fire the two relays that would turn the lows and fogs on. Am i interpreting this correctly?

I've been wanting a black housing that i can mount an aftermarket fog in like on the IS-F. Anyone know if one is available?

relay would be the best way to go for wiring them. I have two relays and pre-wired sockets laying around that i'll send you for shipping. Shouldn't b more than a few dollars since ur just one state away.

Anyways i would go to your local electronic store. I think kraggen wanted like 15 for a relay harness and i got it for like 5 at my local store. Plus stuff like female spade adapters and quick splices make connecting everything a breeze. Plus you'll want to protect the wires from the heat with plastic tubing.I like the tubing thats cut diagonally since you can wrap that onto the wires after everything is assembled.
Thanks buddy, i already have my relays on the way, yet again enigma hooked me up.

I'm using HID pretty much because of the looks and just to say i did it
