Default Leather Repair Front Seat

I have a 1992 Lexus. I wanted to know if there is a simple DIY fix on the SIDE front seats? This is where the power seat buttons are, just behind where you move the handle to let the front seat go forward. Mine is cracked and loose on both seats. Is there a link or can you order these side pieces only from the dealer? The reason I am wanting this fixed, is I am about to order new leather interior (complete) and wanted this fixed to finish the job completely. Lastly, I have a crack on the upper door trim. This is where everyones seems to put their arm when they drive, or at least I do. Its cracked all the way through, and its the piece of trim thats closet to the window. Thanks for any help SC owner's.

We have a local guy that repairs leather. He can do it except when there is a broken plastic piece under the leather.

cut small pieces of tin, then use epoxy glue to secure tin to/on backside of plastic to reinforce the crack (tin is very easy to cut/bend/shape), then recover item to your liking. Home Depot has everything you need.
