i have the same problem and have checked all the fuses/all okay. even removed the mirror to see if it was disconnected (dropped a bolt in the panel now i have to remove it and look for the bolt, which i'll be doing over the weekend ). i have a 92 sc300 tho. . .

any help would be greatly appreciated specially while i'll be removing the panel this weekend.

My side mirrors also can't move from the switch. What does this Mirror ECU do? It just plugs in under your hood? What causes the side mirrors (both side) to malfunction in the first place?

The mirror ECU is under the drivers side under dash, has 1 tricky bolt to get to, but is the controller for the mirrors after the switch.

ECU for mirrors? so, neither drivers or passanger side mirrors on my GS300 will move up or down? They go side to side fine. Should I replace the ECU? is there on for each mirror?
