What's the deal with heated/ventilated seats and the SC400? Are they standard, optional, optional on just some years, whatever?

i have a 92 sc400. didn't have money to afford the better one's, aka the 98+ ones. they are better because u get vvti and about 50 more hp and torque. for me i live in hawaii. i get 16 mpg seeing i do ALOT of stop and go down here. if i do freeway alot in the midnight and stuff being bored then my mpg shoots WAY up. but then again i also get 13-14 mpg...if i feel liek going 140 mph, doing mean *** burnouts wit my open diff, or going drifting. lol. and lets remember it's a v8, imo that's awesome gas mileage for a v8.

my car may be from 1992, but it still feels like it's brand new!

Peace out
