My Platinum Metallic Auto Couture "Style Eleganz" built SC...
It's been 5 months in the making...My plans for the summer have been long delayed by shipping, 2 and 1/2 weeks of paint, 3 weeks to make the wheels, and 3 weeks wait for the tires...The moment I've been waiting for is finally here..I present to you my 1A0 Platinum Metallic Auto Couture equipped SC400..
I would like to thank Sleeper97 the photoshoot! One of my best buddies and car enthusiast since the second grade...Your passion for photography and automobiles run deep in your veins! Your photography skills are truly limitless..
I thought I would never pull the trigger on the Auto Couture aero but June came along and the mod bug has hit HARD...I figure it was time for some change..I pulled out my bank card and start going nuts!
It took a time period of 2-3 weeks for me to decide on a wheel design and I couldn't be happier with my choice...I kept on going back and forth with Derrick about sizing and finishes...I saw the AC website and I was sold on the chrome lips and brushed face combo!..The wheels are custom crafted 3-piece Auto Couture Exxel 20x9 fr 20x11 rr in the rear (2 inch lip fr and 3.5 inch lip rr)...Tires are Vredestein Sessanta 245-30-20 fr 295 25 20 rr...Excellent service and exceptional wheels provided by Derrick @ D2AUTOSPORT.COM...You know the man is truly an expert in his field when he doesn't need a calculator to calculate offsets and wheel widths...There is no one better to go to for expert fitment, opinions, and service than Derrick...I truly appreicate your service and support throughout the years!
The top notch paintwork and install was provided by Dave and Sunlight Auto crew, Brooklyn's finest! I appreciate your hardwork and dedication to my project..These guys stayed in the wee hours to get this car prepped and ready...Thanks guys for the exceptional work!
Special thanks to Michiel K. @ Vredestein Tyres for the top shelf tires, I absolutely love their handling, ride quality, noise levels, size options and overall performance,...Once again, I thank you for suggesting the perfect tire for my wheels...Look no further for the perfect set of max performance tires..
I also have mods that I will unreveil later..Keep you guys posted! Thanks for the support CL...
