I like the factory seats better but they are not bad at all.

Off topic, but what does the "auto" button near the tilt steering switch do? Mine does not have that.

I think they look good. I would recover both the front and rear seats with new matching leather to complete the uniform look. Bonus is the nice headrest. Could easily put head rest monitors in them if you wanted. I hated my stock SC400 seats. They weren't that great and were very heavy.
