Lug Nut decisions.... LOL
I reallly dont know what to look for in lug nuts. I just bought some SBC SSR SP1's (Gunmetalish Color). I was looking at "Muteki" lug nuts... The Titanium burned ones grabbed my eye, but I think the black may just look better...
Do the brand of lug nuts matter? I dont know what to even get... haha
Any opinions?

I've dealt with a few lugs in the past but I got some Muteki's for my friend's SC. I have to say they seemed like better quality than most I'd seen in the past so I'd say they're worth it, just be careful with the lug and the paint shouldn't come off too fast.

I've been running volk (rays) lugnuts for about 2 years on my mazda w/o any fading. I picked up a set for my SC thats sitting on Tom's TN-06 in white.
The lugs are really light, and look really good.

Well..
The reason why I wont use stock lug nuts on my rims is because....
1) Ugly as sin, they are large, rusty, dirty, etc... really take away from the rims
2) Too big to stick a thin socket in there without the risk of scratching everything...
3) The base is too large. It barely fits in the lug nut outer hole. Its going to scratch the finish under normal vibrations.
4) The very bottom part inst tapered enough, its nearly flat. It doesnt position the rims correctly, imo.
5) Heavy as rocks - I know lug nuts arnt a big deal for weight, every little bit counts. The stock lug nuts are really heavy, I will be sure to weigh them when I get new ones.
6) No form of protection. They are the EASIEST to take off...
Hope this helps!

Muteki is great for the money, but you have to be careful with them. Only take them off when everything is cold because the heat makes the key snap easier, and NEVER use an impact on them. It isn't recommended to use an impact gun on after market lugs anyways.
The rays are by far one of the lightest and strongest lugs I have ever used. Well worth the money to me.

As long as it keeps the rim on what does it matter the brand?
