check out my new exhaust...
it's a full 3" HKS Hi-Power cat back exhaust, sounds to quiet for me though but it'll be alright..but believe it or not i did feel a pretty big difference, i'd say about 5 hp difference...

well not really sure how many hp difference but it did pull a lot stronger around mid to high rpm's...

chances are its mind over matter. my galant felt faster when i got intake, but i think just the noise made it seem faster.

yeah it's pretty quiet, so i decided to disconnect the exhaust from the axle side..sounds a little bit better...i'll try to upload an vid later...

I dunno, some exhaust systems just mesh well with certain engines... I gained around 16hp on my 240sx with K&N Intake and a Megan Racing hi-flow CAT + Exhaust. I'd say the Hi-Power system on a NA 2JZ could feasibly give up to 8hp.
I've never actually seen any documentation though...
