Default horn wiring with Celica wheel?

I swapped my stock steering wheel with one out of a Celica GT-S. When I went to look up where to hook up the horn lead(the one that when grounded, the horn sounds) and I am lost. Has anyone switched over to a Celica wheel and maintained the horn? I am sure it is something simple and I am just overlooking it. I had to swap all the cruise switches over from the old wheel, and that went well, now I just have to figure out this damn horn! TIA

Take a picture of the celica wheel wiring, the old lexus wheel wiring, and the steering column wiring. I can explain how to do it if I see the wiring.

I have a celica wheel that I installed about 2 years ago. It was pretty simple. All that's needed is knowing that black is usually ground and red is hot.

I'd like to get info on this as well. My SC300 had a Nardi wood steering wheel already installed by the last owner and the wires were simply cut to the horn and the cruise control (switch for that removed as well). I popped of the collar around the wheel and found 2 sets of grouped wires that were cut off. I'm assuming the pastel colored group of wires is for the cruise (pink, orange, etc.) and the blue and yellow grouped wire are for the horn? I tried wiring these to the 2 wires on the new steering wheel's horn but no go. I used alligator clip wires to attach the 2 wires and tried switching them (coulda blown up somethin'!) but no worky. Anybody know if the blue and yellow wires are for the horn? Anyone know the wiring config for the cruise (orange to cruise on, pink to resume, etc.)? The cruise wires seemed to have 2 of each color.

I looked for a fuse for the horn under the dash to see if that was blown but couldn't find a fuse labeled for the horn.
:-)

Finally got a couple pics of the wheel/wiring. Here it is in the car w/ the factory cruise retrofitted.

Here is the wiring. The black wire with the red wire crimped on is the horn wire. Whenever I ground it, the horn sounds. What I can't figure out is that whenever you push on the middle of the horn, the copper pad things actually open the circuit instead of closing it. IE the horn would sound continuously then silence when you "pressed" the horn. What am I doing wrong?

good luck in finding the problem. I spent 2 hours in the junkyard trying to get that exact wheel off of a junker celica.... keep us in the loop of your progress.

Truth be told, the wheel is actually out of an MR-Spyder, but essentially it is the same as the Celica, it may be a little smaller. I got the wheel and air bag for $75 shipped off of the Spyder forums. Any wiring gurus have any ideas?
