Where could i get a MAF Adaptor for a 92 SC300 so i can start on my cold air intake? I remember seeing some sites that sold it but could not find the MAF on their site.

I got mine from Custom Images in California. Since I've now gone turbo, I had to pull that off (and the heat shield box). New it was 25 for the adapter and 25 for the filter, I'll give you both for $30 if you want it...

Custom images is a small, ricer shop in a mall. They don't do any kind of mail orders. I called them up to get an adaptor, since they are the only place I could even find that sells one for our cars. They couldn't mail me one, nor could they even call me back since it was a long distance call. Sorry web site too.

Anyway, if anyone knows of a place on the east coast (mainly florida) that can sell me an adaptor at a normal price, let me know. My search has been ongoing for a long time now, and its getting frustrating.

Anyone's help is appreciated.

I got my MAF sensor adapter for my SC400 from here:
Importtoys.com
Don't know if the SC300 has the same MAF sensor.

For the SC4 or SC3 get one for a Supra it should fit...

I will sell mine!!!! Read above!!!! It's less than 6 months old...a MAF adapter is just a little metal thing the converts the square into a circle.

Custom images is where I got mine....you need to call their main office, not the one in the mall. I believe the girls name was Renee maybe? Can't remember. I just know I called her and said I'm from ClubLexus, I need a SC300 MAF adapter and filter, $50 and 5 days later it was at my door.

Use the adapter for the previous Supra model with the non-turbo engine, it will work. Most shops have it available.

I had no problems a few months ago,. called up customimages-online.com and got it a few days later.

heat shield won't work with the turbo MAF sensor has been moved in the way

I tried to bend the flap and maybe cut it, but decided not to butcher the box instead.

I'll be selling it, IF I can find the top for it. I never put that on...since the hood almost seals the top shut anyways....looked neater seeing the filter when I opened the hood.
