Man im so pissed at LuxuryMods!!! well dont get me wrong the guy that picks up the 626 # is cool *** hell... but the people who do the orders and what not have to be the slowest people ever.. i mean if your moving thats fair but dont take orders and sit on them... i made a paypal order a month ago and all i hear every time i call is its coming nextweek (ahhhhh) so 2day i asked for a refund and guess what i heard ( nextweek) i can do that for you mannn Lextech Once i get my refund i will be buying 50 worth of lights from you.. i hope this doesnt happn to me again... im just so **** why would they do this just leave some one hanging for a month man wow thats good bizz....

I bought a 5speed shift boot from them before. It took 3 weeks to get to my house. It would have gotten there sooner but I had failed to provide them with a call back phone number so they can call me to ask if my car had seat heaters. They provide great customer service. They do good work.

Nothing bought since they changed their name but when they were...forgot that other name. Anyway, back then I had a few problems. Ordered springs for sc300, they sent springs for the 400. Bought strut bar, didn't fit. They took care of the problems but that doesn't mean they didn't happen. Few months ago I e-mailed Leo about exhaust options. Said he would do some research and get back to me. Never got back to me. Leo is a cool dude, though.

I never had a problem with luxury mods. Those guys were very professional and provided excellent customer service. Maybe if you told us what item it was that you bought, perhaps it could be a isolated case?

yeah.. luxurymods has been gettin a lil weird.. probably because they jacked their prices up so much.. but i have a feeling they're gonna be coming up again within the year...

well after calling everyday!! they sent it out nextday so i have them in the car looking good!!! except the truck light is blue but ask me if im gonna send it back and wait 3 more months lol but will post some picz of the outcome luxmod would be much better off letting people come to there shop man im so pissed about that or they should lock there account so people cant buy till there ready to fulfill there orders mannn thanks for all the love everyone
