Since I cut the fog light wires, both positive and negative, should I crimp them back together. If I do this it would be pretty much the same as if I used a t-tap.

Well I hooked it up correctly, so I guess I'll go get another relay and see if that solves the problem.

LOL all this for something that can be done simply jumping a wire from the sidemarker down to the cornering light

I guess if you want it to be done "properly" then you have to do all that is discussed in this thread.
Wiring up mine took about 10 minutes thanks to a key NELOC member.

I thought the cornering lights ran at a lower wattage rating than the fogs? If so wouldn't this eventually cause an overload problem?

I don't understand what you mean............................................

92-94 don't have fogs anywhere? If you mean sidemarkers, then yes the sidemarkers run at 5w whereas the corners are 27w. Some members have said that when they wired the corners up like I did (simply jumping wires down) that their sidemarker bulbs and/or parking lights bulbs eventually blew. I don't know about sidemarkers because I don't have any bulbs in those anyway (I pulled them, think it looks cleaner with no amber light) and my parking light bulbs (Polarg M6) haven't blown at all yet. I have had this setup for just about a year now.
