Any where you decide to go to, they will do the same work as long as you tell them what you want.
You need to tell them you want: timing belt, water pump, two idlers, cam seals, new park plugs, wires, caps and rotors...that's the minimum for my SC400

If you just tell the mechanic that you wanted timing belt change, he'll just change the belt...

Lexus dealer or Toyota dealer will charge the same for parts. Maybe cheaper for labor at Toyota.

Steve Ganz maybe the cheapest for parts that I know of. If you can get someone to do just for labor and you supply the parts, then buy parts from Steve Ganz.

I paid $300 for labor on the things I mention above.
About $700 for parts.

the 30k and 90k miles lexus tune up is the 2nd biggest tune ups , the biggest ones are the 60k and the 120k miles , i would make sure things are taken care of, there is a spreadsheet of what things are done at each tune up that u can get from a lexus dealership, its a ton of stuff, so make sure u get ur tune up done well.

YOU SHOULD ALSO CHANGE THE COOLANT ALONG WITH BOTH UPPER AND LOWER RADIATOR HOSES, I DID IT TO MINE AT 85K. YOU SHOULD ALSO THINK OF THE DIFF AND TRANNY OIL.
