Help tail lights wont turn on?

Help tail lights wont turn on?
Hi guys, I was stopped by someone and said that my tail lights are not on, the head lights go on but, the tail lights do not. It's not a blown bulb , I think that after i unpluged some harness near the antenna because it was grinding and was annoying, thats when the problem began. I also hooked up a spoiler and unpluged the third brake light. Can anyone tell me what fuse to check or where i should even begin? Thanks!

I blown the fuse doing the fog light mod, oops.. blown fuse = no warning lamp on dash. Ended up getting a $60 ticket for a stupid fuse.
my antenna is unplugged to. Its a white plug into the big antenna motor thing.

What fuse did you blow? I dont have a fuse box cover on the one on the inside cabin? So i'm not to sure on what one to check? It's possible i blew it with the cornering light mod also....
