Default Lexus SC 1st-Gen Paint Codes & Media Archive

Here is the chart of color for the US-Spec SC300/400 from 1992-2000. If you see an error please post it here and I will correct the page and graphic ASAP. You can upload a photo of your car by clicking on the graphic, then clicking on the appropriate camera icon next to your color.

If you need me to update the chart please post your model year (or production date), color code and a description or photo of your car. For now this is for US-Spec cars only, I will add other countries in the future.

I think you should add some more confusion to the mix and chuck in the info on JDM Soarers too heheheh

Oh and I added a pic under Black Onyx 202.

Hehe... I thought about adding information about that... but if I start trying to track the JDM info too then my head will explode. But it might now hurt to have a little history about the Soarer on there without going into too much detail.

Nice work Darren,

Not sure if you want to confine this to one model (let me know and I can move it). Here's some material we've gathered for other models. Not sure of the source of the chart but I recall the color code door jamb was done by a former mod here on CL (Daddy-o)

How to decipher color code:

Default SC 1st-Gen Paint Code Information

That color code chart you posted is actually for the GS 98-04.... don't want to confuse the SC owners in here! Thanks for the decipher instructions, though.

I just added the image to the top post for easier reference.

I saw an ad awhile ago offering a 97 Angora Beige SC3 in the 5-speed manual trans..
Your chart shows that this color was offered only from years 99-00.
It has to be a typo, no manual trans were offered after 97...

I didn't know the SC's were offered in Cinnabar pearl either

Anybody have a pic of "Bluish Gray Metallic"???

This information MIGHT not be 100% accurate.... it is possible that Cinnabar or Bluish Gray Metallic weren't produced in the US... that's why I posted this here.... so the people that know can correct me!

Good, that is exactly why I encourage people to upload their own images. Thanks for pointing that out... I got the first image moved and everything is correct now.
