brake lights out, car wont go in gear. on my 93 sc 300....helppppppppppppppp
my brake lights wont come on at all.i have tail lights just no brake lights. car wont go in gear when brakes are pushed.push over ride button and car drives fine just no brake lights. any help out here......???????????????????????????????

Sounds like a sensor in your brake pedal is gone. You can't shift the car into gear without your foot on the brake therefore if the sensor isn't working it would explain your car not unlocking the gearshift and not signaling the brakelights to go on. I'd check the fuse, not sure where it is.
Hopefully somebody can give some more insight into this.

i ordered a switch but it was the wrong one so im still stuck its a switch on the brake pedal that when you push the brakes down the switch comes out,i will put pics and part number on in a few min.i hope it will fix the problem...................

He said nothing about blown fuse so I would think it is as others have posted---a bad brake switch at the peddle.
