its impressive but not impossible especially with highway miles, because if you drive it normally even 15k a year youd be pushing 300k on early 90s car. I service some cabs and have serviced some since they were brand new. IF a crownVic can go 350-400k miles in 5 years untill cab company has to get rid of it because of age. No engine rebuild or transmission problems as long as you do regular maintnance. Highway miles are much easier on a car then everyday stop and go drives. Theres a saab 900 that turned over 1 million miles a few years back original owner and all...just saying

That mileage is insane. If you take the mileage and divide that by 20mpg times $4 per gallon. This SC drank $124,276.40 its whole life

Other than the fact that gas was 99 cents in the 90's, and even cheaper in the early 90's.

cool, even if the engines swapped or rebuilt its still cool to see someone taking care of the car for this long and keeping it road worthy.

You're not kidding about that! I have that exact same issue whenever I'm backing out and turning. The suspension totally sounds like I'm driving an old muscle car from the late 60s

But it's crazy and very awesome to see the SC400 to have the very same potential for longevity as any other Toyota/Lexus product from the 90s. After reaching 355,000 Miles on my camry, I'm a firm believer in Toyota quality. Sadly, they don't build them like they used to anymore

I'm a quarter of the way there at 200K! Makes me feel like she'll serve me well for another 10 years without any major repairs if I still have it!!!
