I cruise this site often, and stumbled upon a good suggestion for cleaning the interior of our cars. it involves using Soft Scrub to clean the interior. I tried this today, and it works GREAT!! My seats, dash, doorpanels look really fresh. I am going to finish tomorrow and post some pics soon. But all of you should try this, leather feels tight and fresh like new!!

Richard, thanks for the DIY!!

Yeah i wish there was a way to fix a HOLE in the leather...i really dont even want to talk about it. Today, after being on my feet all day at work, i come back to the SC dying for some relaxion. I sit down and BOOM; it felt like i just sat on a pencil... I neglected to remember the pencil that i put in my back pocket earlier in the morning. It stuck a hole and ripped a triangle in the leather of my drivers seat I receive the *****he@d of the day award! Words cannot describe how much I am pissed off at myself. Anybody know if places offer to fix the leather of only a part of the seat? The TOTAL seat is in good condition; i really dont want to have the whole thing reapostered (sp?).

10 year bump!

I NEVER bump the threads from the back, but I have noticed pretty much ZERO traffic going through rich's site over the last 6 months and we need to make sure we keep this resource in our thoughts.

http://intellexual.net/

Do bookmark it if you have not (newbs) and make sure you go through there every now and then and cruise the FAQ. This is Genesis for our SC information we have today and we do need to preserve the OG stuff.

I found that site about half a week ago and bookmarked the ***** right away. I was thinking about mentioning about it here.

I googled for SC production numbers by colors... Intellexual came up in the results.

I used that link for many ideas when I first bought the SC. I still remember doing the fog light mod and the BFI like yesterday. A lot of helpful links.

Who manages this website now?

I remember that site from when I first got into the Lexus scene and was researching the SC a few years ago. It's an excellent resource and has tons of great information.

I almost forgot about it since it's been a while since I last checked it out.

When I first saw the thread name I was like "no ish" this is common knowledge. Then I realized this thread is older then my clublexus account.

I always reference this site/link to newbs, when posting there interest in purchasing/common problems with Sc. A great site that every Sc 300/400 owner should have on their bookmark page.
