Default Supra sway bar mounts discontinued

Just giving everyone a heads up, I tried ordering subframe mounts for the supra sway bar conversion from toyota of dallas and i was told that # 52205-14020 was discontinued. The other subframe mount is on backorder. Gonna have to order the solid frame mounts to complete the conversion for me

It was bound to happen eventually. There are Battle Version's solid MKIV subframe mounts as you mentioned. I am not sure of other aftermarket options currently available. I did not see anything like this on the Figs Engineering website even though they make many suspension components for SC's.

Powerhouse racing makes a similar set. And i just ordered a TMS set from suprastore for the same price as the OEM ones.

I was hoping they wouldn't discontinue these yet. I'm still in the process of replacing my suspension parts.

Did you think find the super pro inserts to be an added improvement? I've been debating about installing a set on my car.

^^ The SC/Soarer Z30 mounts are really no different than the MKIV mounts other than the rubber formulation (maybe) and those extra mounting plates. I can also see conversion services for SC rear subframe mounts being offered if any company that services the SC's wanted to get into that. MKIV version swaybar bushing mounting plate positions would need to be copied for this, however.

I compared them side by side a few years ago when I got my MKIV versions and I laughed at how they were almost the same thing... except for the extremely crucial extra mounting mounts for the Supra MKIV swaybar.

hi! yes! i installed also the front inserts for the subframe and the for the front diff mounts. the rear feels much less spongy, more response, more exact, but a little bit more noise from the wheels and suspension.

Thanks for replying. That sounds like a great improvement for the rear end, but I'm currently trying to find what is creating noise in my rear end end right now. I'll hold off on installing a set until I can isolate the noise first.
