I was curious about the stiffness of them, too. On the other hand, having a car made of traffic cone material would eliminate shopping cart terror, so this could be a step in the right direction.
Also, are they heavier than the surprisingly light stock fenders? The bumper seems pretty heavy in comparison.

Definitely feeling the vented FF. Being made of polyurethane, how will it hold its shape? I would think this needs to be very stiff or it will mis-shape over time. Also, could a simple leaning on the fender cause it to cave in? Needing to understand this better. Liking the look a lot though.

Hello SC400TT,
Not all urethane is the same. We have products that we manufacture in multiple different sectors. For our School Bus customers we manufacture a safety step that must be able to withstand 350 lbs of downward force, while we also have tie down companies who require our product to be stretchable. Both products are made of our patent pending urethane. We can control the stiffness/flexibility by using different chemical ratios, which is what we will do in this case as well.
While we won't make the fenders in such a way that they can withstand hundreds of lbs of force on them we are making them stiffer than our bumpers and side skirts.

Irving - once you have the quarter panels and front fenders on your car , take a lot of pictures from different angles especially from top . That will enable people to see how the car will look and help us make a better decision . Just realized , you made 50mm fronts rather than 25mm.... that car will look awesome in my opinion . Can't wait to see the finished complete wide body kit which includes your initial APTech body kit.
I am beginning to like it !

I'm contemplating on adding some aggressive camber up front and running 19x12's in the front, i'm just not sure my wallet can handle it at this time, recently picked up a 16 Mazda CX-3 to put my dogs in when we go up to the snow.
I've still got a bit of ways to go before im happy with the rears, but will definitely post pictures once they are done.

In order to allow for increased tire clearance you do have to cut a section of the factory fender (the area directly surrounding the wheel, however the way we are designing these we are trying to minimize the amount of quarter panel you will need to cut.

Here you go, this is the way I guess it will look with your APTech body kit except that the front fender will be wider since you have 50mm .. I believe this one has 25mm front fenders . The damn SC will look really nice with deep dish wheels , 50mm front fenders / 50mm quarter panels and your APTech Body Kit . I am in . I will convert one of the cars with the APTech Body kit into wide body.
