None of US like it, but someone paid $5,000 for it.

That's a lot of cash to pay for a parts car...

I also wanted a look of a Corvette so I had the rear end of the car (there was no accident damage to the car) cut off and replaced with 14 ga steel to give a different look.
Am I reading this right?

You read it right. The previous owner of this car who just recently sold it seems to have confused the rear end of a Shelby Daytona Cobra with... some imaginary version of a Corvette that doesn't exist.

To say nothing of the obvious... this car speaks for itself. With tears in its headlights.

Someone bought it to put the low mile gauges and parts in their 200k + mile chassis and then sell it. I just know it

And if they want reach any parts located behind the rear seat, they'll have to cut the back end of the car off to get to them...

Default UN-trunked sc400

Not sure if anyone posted this yet but i saw this on ebay and would like to share. The car has about 70k and sold it for a little less than $2000. The owner said the car wasn't in any kind of accident, he just like the look of a corvette so he modified the sc400 that way.
