Default Tire Sizes (Trying to stay away from stretch)

I'm looking at some Varrstoen ES8's. I want tires, but with the most minimal stretch. Any suggestions on tire sizes that would clear with just with all the fenders rolled? So far what I'm thinking is...

Front 18x9.5 +22
Rear 18x10.5 +22

I saw another SC that got away with 235/35 in the fronts and 255/35 in the rears. Here's the picture of it.

I was just considering the ES8's as well.
I would go 235/40/18 F, 255/40/18 R basically just upping the tire profile size. I saw a dude with Meisters and it had similar offsets and same tires. I think going with 35's will give it a more stretched look since it is a lower profile.

You read my mind. I was thinking of 40 on the profile size. Just want to make sure there's no rubbing within the wheel well or if I make a turn.

If you're not trying to tuck tire, you can pull off 245/40-18 and 275/35-18 with only a roll in the rear. Camber specs, -2 front, -3 rear

This is true. I'm running those size tires on my setup with a 11 +30 in the rear which is almost the same fitment as 10.5 +22. I'm also running -2 in the front and -3 in the rear.

So you can see my ride height

I like your driving stance SO much more than the lowrider look. Wow that looks great.

I rarely air the car out. I usually only air out for photos (I guess that is all you ever see), so I can make myself feel like I didn't completely waste my money. lol

The air suspension gets used the most when I'm at meets or events and I'm explaining/demonstrating how it works to other people.
