i boxed my door panels up in a regular box that i taped together. Used UPS.

ship ups, that will probably be the cheapest but either way something that big will still be a bit costly

I shipped a black carpet earlier this year. It was $153 for the box + packing + shipping from CA to NJ through fedex ground. They used a box that was meant to hang clothes during moving. I think you can buy the same box at home depot. After fitting the carpet inside they cut it down to size to fit.

Go to uhaul and get a large mirror box for door panels.....

For carpet I would get a tv box and try to fold it up and make it as flat as possible...

I have shipped 2 door panels and they were not more than $75 shipped each
