This is a personal preference answer, but can tell you that wood and carbon fiber will probably clash. Have a situation where I want to paint the wood trim piano black, but also need to do the same to my steering wheel (which is wood). Not sure how much scratching will be involved on my steering wheel since it's touched a lot and acceptable to scratches.

Agreed ^^ if you wrap those in a nice shiny black it would look great with the rest of your black on black interior IMO

And yes all the wood panels needs removed before you cut and apply cf wrap
What exactly did you use to do your center console pieces ( volume and heat control piece) Thats exactly how I want mine to look. I think that black with wood grain looks great so id rather not get rid of it. But the two tone tan with cf is a great combo.

Thanks for all input everyone.

I wrapped my interior with brushed-aluminum; I love it.
No disassembly required.

Not bad

I just washed it and painted the center console in a semigloss black, but did do a 2coats of primer before I spray painted it.
Buttons are still brown, but this weekend they'll be flat black.
Take your time washing drying and spraying between the coats you'll get great results!

Can I ask what primer and paint you used? You got some good results.
