Default How to fix this seat???

You need to locate an upholstery shop in your area to replace the damaged leather. Go glue with dye will hold up over time. Might be worth purchasing new leather seat covers. No idea what your budget is, but you could also get replacement seats (RSX, S2000, Supra, RX7, RX8) in much better shape. All of these suggestions bolt right up with minimal to zero modification.

Thanks for the advice. I just have to have it fixed because all the other seats are mint ! Wonder how much it'll cost I gotta get a quote.

the later years have the perforated leather and its both nice and a curse, cause it tends to tear along the perforation more easily over time.

I know down here in St. Pete, I've got a shop that would just replace that perforated panel for about $75-100. So a good upholstery shop could do it.
