1993 Lexus SC400 power seat problem!
With the Driver's side Power Seat all the way back the two rear mounting bolts (14mm) can not be accessed! There is a problem and the seat will not move forward via power! When the seat is in the rear position the front two mounting bolts can be easily accessed, but removing the two rear bolts, there is just no way. Does anyone know of a method for manually moving the seat forward? Please provide instructions and I shall be ever grateful. ( pappysc400)

Same thing happened to me during a motorswap. Aliga told me this. On the rail closest to the shifter, there is a 10mm bolt, just turn the thing, and the seat will move forward or back.
Its inside the rail itself, so when you look at it, your also looking toward the rear of the car. Hope that made sense.

People the 10mm nuts are located (slightly recessed) at the FRONT of the front seats right above the sliding rail on each side. Two to a seat. You have to get your head down right in front of the seats to see them. A flash light would be a good idea. Use a socket with a short extension. By turning the nut(s) you are just manually turning the motor gear to move the seat. It's a Lexus, these guys think of EVERYTHING.
