I also agree with having the spoiler take shape of the trunk. Also for installation would these match up to the factory holes for those that have factory spoiler or would you have to fill those and drill new holes?

Correct, the spoiler would be priced at 300.00 shipped within the cont. US.

I didn't want to copy Gerrbs whole post, but this is a part we currently make for another vehicle, and are going to modify it to work with the SC

The wing will:
sell for 300.00 shipped for those who participate in the group buy.

will NOT need the emblems removed. The wing is being designed to sit directly above the (L) emblem.

Can be installed using VHB tape or screwed on.

I don't have a trunk with factory holes in it, so i cannot say whether it will cover the factory holes or not, but if anyone can provide measurement for where the holes are I can compare to our prototype.

I do not have a trunk spoiler now and so far have not seen one I would put on the car.... The one Irving is showing is not one I would pursue ..... The one shown on the Supra (TWINZ version) - maybe (if designed for our cars)....

^^^ "A" looks like a more natural fit, but "B" does follow the body lines a bit better. The stock early-gen spoiler is sort of a compromise of the two, following the trunk's edges but sitting over the fender a bit to follow that body crease.

this spoiler makes the car look like an s13 Silvia from the rear..... Not my style. But i imagine it will flow well with the A/C style kit

I had part of a pine cone sitting on the tip of my spoiler today and it was visible in my rearview. With that to focus on, it turns out the spoiler is just barely visible in the mirror, but being a dark paint color, it blends in almost perfectly with the window trim above the parcel shelf.

Who knows, maybe the length of the car and sharp slope of the rear window is to blame for anything back there being tough to see, and only a taller, partially transparent spoiler would help with that.

Way to big IMO....needs to be more subtle......unless you have full widebody or flares....it will look out of place

You need to make a spoiler like these, something classy and doesn't look like it was just slapped on. It's gotta work with the geometry of the car, otherwise you could just buy a random spoiler and stick it on there. Will never look right.

Your spoiler looks like it belong on this car:

Doesn't work at all with the round body of the SC.

APTech,

Any hints or comments on what coming next for the SC? Also, BIG thanks to the company for making some options for the SC.

Too much opening for me

You will need a huge intercooler to support that bumper in my opinion otherwise a lot of empty space. And installing a huge intercooler without the necessary power just creates lag .

Of course with this kind of stuff , when it comes to looks...it is all about personal preference which every one is entitled to . As long as you are happy with it , go for it .

APTech - since you have that bumper , the rest of this wide body kit seems to look good with it ..
