Default Brake locking problem.

Just got a 300 that has a big brake issue. The brakes on the car slowly lock up and then ease off every 5-10 when driving after the car heats up. Had a friend tell me the brakes were smoking on the highway.

No ABS light, brake fluid looks fine. Another thing is that the car shifts freely through everything(auto) without using the brake or having the key in while parked. Me and my brother jacked the car up and the front wheels are really hard to spin, and the rear wheels don't spin at all. Also the parking brake doesn't work unless you really jam it hard.

I know the calipers are locked obviously, but what are the chances of all 4 being locked? Could it be something with the parking brake in the back. Or possibly something to do with the broken shifter lock? Thanks.

try bleeding everything first. take the rear rotor off to see if your hand brake is intact, sometimes the springs can break and all the pieces just get lodged inside there and grind. Handbrake could be too tight or there's no material left on the boots. i say start by bleeding the brakes with new fluid completely. suck the fluid out of the master cylinder first, then fill with new fluid and then start bleeding starting with the pass. rear, then driver rear, then pass. front, then driver front.
