Hey guys thanks for reading, I have a quick question maybe you can answer.

the SC400 uses a rear sump oil pan correct? Is this the same for the SC400 with vvti?

I'm swapping a 1uz vvti in my is300 chassis, but the engine is out of maybe a GS? I"m not sure. The LS400 has a different harness and ecu location, so I"m sure it's not from an LS.

The engine I have is a front sump engine which is exactly what I need, I'm just curious to know if it's from an SC or GS

I know this is an old thread. Just wondering how far you are along with this because I plan to do the same thing with my 01 IS in the fall if the wiring is relatively easy. I assume you have already figured out that the SC400 has a rear sump pan.
