Default 18x10 +12 offset with roll and stretch ?

What do you guys think about a +12 offset on a 18x10 wheel with only a stretched tire and rolled fenders? will it work? The wheels I want only have this offset So i think ill do 18x10 all the way around with +25 in the front and 12 in rear if anyone had a pic of a 12 that'd be great. Thanks in advance.

I kind of like the 25 in the front with a bit of a stretch think it might look cool but my concern is the 12 in the rear i don't want to have to pull the fender bc i don't know how to but its the wheel package that comes with these offsets so...
