I have a trunk spoiler on my 99 sc and half the lights are out on it. Should I just take it off to have it inspected ( past inspection need asap) or is it illegal to drive without 3rd light brake In NY bc i don't have one in the window? Also Do 92-96 rear directional bulbs work on 97+ tails? I figured they do just want to make sure before I take from my parts car. Thanks in advance!
