My car was broken into and my radio was stolen. When they did it the messed up the harness. I found another one from a 96 sc400. Everything worked but the hazards and the lighter. Now I realize that my 93 sc300 harness had an extra relay covered in brown foam. I'm thinking this may control those. Is there anyway to get these to work without the relay or am I going to have to find a new harness?

Anyone have this issue before?

The harness has to be plugged in to the buttons on your center console trim in order for the turn signals to work, how far back is the harness cut off, you should be able to get plugs from junk yard and wire it to the existing harness, I don't think there are any relays in that area unless they are in the button assembly. Just wire plugs to the hazard button and you'll need a I think a blue plug harness for the lighter.
Yes, if your hazard lights aren't plugged in your turn signals won't work!!
