Default Aristo Ecu difference?

89661-30560
89661-30870

Anyone know the functional difference between these 2 ecus other than the transmission downshift difference? Are there rpm differences? boost? shift points?

Cant seem to find any info at all.

Not sure. I've seen half cut 2jzgte w58 swaps for sale locally..... importer claiming aristo. Gonna double check on that. I believe their supra swaps.

Both ECU are for auto transmission 2jzgte engines for the JZS147 model (Aristo). Production dates is where they vary.

89661-30560 = JZS147..V Oct 91 - Aug 93
89661-30870 = JZS147..V Aug 93 on

I have both of them .. tried them on the same car (Red Mamba Two) since that car still has stock twins with the built ATF Auto Transmission and I don't see any difference in performance as far as I can tell.

Nuturf87 - that half cut 2jzgte W58 might have been put together by that local seller. No 2jzgte setup ever came out with a W58 because it is a weaker transmission. It won't be able to handle the power of the 2jzgte engine for long once it is boosted beyond its stock 11psi.
