95 not shifting into 4th!!
hey guys,
i have a 95 300 automatic with 206k that wont shift into 4th (so not into OD either.) i thought it maybe an ecu. so i took it apart and found a brown spot from a bad CAP. i sent it to a buddy that fixes them with no luck. Still having the same issues.
is there anything else i should look for?
