Also, I thought all the SC400 cars left the factory with ground effects and that front lip on the bumper. Guess it was an option most of them had but yours doesn't?? I know my SC300 doesn't have the ground effects or a rear spoiler.
Later model SC400 didn't come with the front lip, I think that was just on the 92-94 cars.

but they were officially sold in The Netherlands because i have the first SC delivered in Holland through the official Lexus dealership , a total of 20 were sold in Canadian spec because we share the same metric system with KM and Celsius

According to the vin and build sheet, my 96 SC 400 came with the front lip and spoiler but it lost the lip do to a nose job in a later front collision repair in Pittsburgh Pa.. BTW very nice car! 1 of appx 1572 made.
