Lighting Services
Good PM guys!
We have been a long time member here in CL, and a lot of you probably know who this is already. But to those who don't, let us introduce ourselves. We have been professional detailers for a decade or so, and now specialize in restoring headlights, fog light, high beams and even tail lights. Our restoration process is nothing like what a $20 headlight restoration kit you can buy from any auto parts store guarantees to do. We completely take apart any lighting parts that need attention. Scrape out the old glue and replace it with new glue, which is the exact same glue headlight manufacturers use, to prevent water seepage after reassembly. We can also replace any problematic parts like faded chrome reflectors, burnt lighting diffusers, etc. Once disassembled, we clean all parts with cleaning agents to remove any dust, dirt, grime, oil or contaminants. Most importantly, we sand down, buff and polish the lenses, inside and out, and the reflectors. After reassembly, we install a protective film as a permanent solution from the weathering or abrasion from foreign objects or contaminants.
We have a website that anyone can visit for more information on our work. It's complete with FAQ's that can answer pretty much any of your questions, a Gallery, a list, with explanation of the process and pricing of our Services, and even a Blog for your entertainment.

Here's a few pictures of our work. Some people we have worked with might be able to chime in as well. Thank you and contact us through email for any of your lighting needs or post here for any questions or concerns. OrganizedGarageStatus@yahoo.com
This particular headlight was fully restored, and have had a projector lens upgrade with tuning service performed on it. The projector assembly is OEM and was not changed or swapped at all.

One advantage of doing a projector lens upgrade is, since we're only upgrading the lens, we utilize the same projector assembly, so the size, dimensions and specs of the projector is kept the same so there are no gaps or spacing, and the light output angle is also the same as stock.
<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/organizedgaragestatus/22073510561/in/album-72157659670871481/" title="IMG_1906"><img src="https://farm1.staticflickr.com/748/22073510561_91c9b7eb5f_b.jpg" width="1024" height="683" alt="IMG_1906"></a>

Since the projector assembly is the exact same one, the rear gasket seals tightly and there's no risk of water seepage.

And the OEM level are still intact for the ease of focus adjustment.

For comparison purposes: this is the light output of an OEM projector lens.

Here is the same projector assembly with the upgraded lens before our tuning service.
<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/organizedgaragestatus/22051093752/in/album-72157659670871481/" title="IMG_1987"><img src="https://farm1.staticflickr.com/726/22051093752_2d22938589_b.jpg" width="1024" height="683" alt="IMG_1987"></a>
Now, this might come as a surprise to some but the SC's projector cut-off lines actually vary by year. Here is a 92-94 projector with the lens upgrade after we tune the focus.
<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/organizedgaragestatus/21440711764/in/album-72157659670871481/" title="IMG_1900"><img src="https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5760/21440711764_b38a451ebf_b.jpg" width="1024" height="683" alt="IMG_1900"></a>
My personal favorite, a 95-96 projector assembly with the lens upgrade after our tuning service.

And lastly, a 97-00 projector assembly with the lens upgrade after our tuning service. Only noticeable difference from the 92-94 is the patch of light on the upper left side due to an added hole to the cut-off plane.
<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/organizedgaragestatus/21442425653/in/album-72157659670871481/" title="IMG_1875"><img src="https://farm1.staticflickr.com/609/21442425653_f723cb10a1_b.jpg" width="1024" height="683" alt="IMG_1875"></a>

I can't say enough good things about OGS work! Triple thumbs up!
,
I couldn't be happier with the lights KP and OGS did for me. Form and function were taken to the next level.
I drive in a big city mainly so the streets are well lit. Upon occasion I leave the city and I couldn't see well on dark roads with the stock lights. It was pretty dangerous. On well lit roads, I could not even tell my lights were on. They were yellow, dull, funky and constantly full of water. It was my second used set and they were now as beat as the first. KP suggested I send them to him. I said "they are done", but he convinced me to send them anyway.
Well, pictured below is what I got back, complete with TSX projectors and a protective film.
They still look every bit as new as the day I put them on. It is probably the most striking update on my car. It made a difference well beyond what I expected.
They have a blue tint, but not from outrageous bulbs but from the lens. The bulbs we chose are the brightest white light actually.
KP is a real perfectionist...... I would guess even a bit OCD with auto restoration.
How Perfect for us
PS: he is working on another set for my other SC. This set will have clear lenses and RSX (next level) projectors.
I posted about the first set when I initially put them on. Obviously, I am still ecstatic!
Thanks again for an amazing job KP. Can't wait to get you those RSX projectors so you can finish them!

Those headlights look awesome! I've been looking for someone who could change out my projectors. I'll have to send mine in once I get some extra money.
Can you also paint taillights? I was looking to to get my 97 tails painted gloss black while keeping the chrome trim intact.

KP,
Great job bringing my headlights back to life and installing the projectors. Seriously, they look brand new! My fogs and tails look great too and guess what....no more condensation after some serious rain and a subsequent hand wash. You did an amazing job. Also your communication was top notch and so much appreciated.
Thanks so much!
