F50 projectors in SC headlights...you a magician or something?

Have you been able to add a different shroud to the RX retrofit?

Please check our Projector Lens Upgrade service as well, as it's another great alternative to Projector Retrofits. Thank you!

Not in the SC headlights, those are Supra headlights sir gerrb posted. And it wouldn't fit neither, I've measured and tried. Needs another inch to fit it.

Unfortunately there's not enough space to add a shroud for 2.5" projectors, behind the reflector. The SC headlights are truly slick and compact in design. Only thing we can think of that can fill in the gap would be a halo/angel eye lights.

I have several pictures somewhere of a couple different SC/Soarers with Gatlin Q45 projectors stuffed inside the highbeams.. (*Not in the low beams though, obviously)

Couple different cars with them in this thread. Oh wait I see you posted in that thread so you've seen them. Anyways, here it is for those that haven't. I think if they were done without the ricey blue bulbs- maybe with painted matching faces, it has potential to look good on the right VIP-Style build: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...highbeams.html

There's no doubt that the Q45 projectors will fit our high beams. But I highly doubt that it is fully adjustable and functional as an actual high beam. Which will be totally contradicting to our mission in restoring headlights and give people a better way of seeing when driving at night.

Thank you so much for the kind words Gerry. I/we really appreciate that, especially coming from a pioneer like you.

@jennie, let me correct myself, with a little adjustment, we were able to fit a shroud behind the stock reflectors.

This set, will get a clear lens treatment as well. More details soon.

KP - I just took out the retrofitted supra headlights. I don't think the Q45 will fit in our SC headlights. It is huge especially at the back. Those who have inter-cooler piping going through that area won't be able to fit it in .

Man....... I seriously cannot stop looking at these pictures. I never thought I could get so excited about headlights. They are stunning and meticulously crafted.

What a job man...... They represent by far, the best execution of this approach I have seen (what? they don't stick out beyond the body like the others?).

The mod to the parking light really finishes the look. This is the first time I have seen that and it is brilliant. The projector choice and mounting is perfect.

Now, I'll get back to climbing the walls until they get here!!!!

As I have said before, we clearly have the right human for the job.

Thank You So Much Daniel. It's really clear that you actually "GAF" about your craft and product!

I am severely impressed with your work.
Like it's almost painful. May I ask how you're achieving a clear lens? Are you sanding and polishing the plastic lens, or something else?
