First Maintance Job EVER done to my 1993 sc300
So i bought my first sc300 its a 93 auto, with like no maintance done to it lol the guy spent $2000 on like ugly, curb rash from hell *** rims but did no maintance on his own car
Im replacing basically everything but i need a good performance intake manifold, and any other performance radiators. Where should i be looking? or please direct me in the right direction please and thank you in advance guys.
I attached a word file on what exactly im changing on my sc300 2jzge
Please feel free to add.

Glad to see another one being saved, hope it all goes smoothly. As for the intake and radiator you can always get a cheap aluminum radiator online, as long as it doesn't leak and it's at least a 2 row you're good, don't let people fool you into one off, super jdm best in the world radiators, they are all the same more or less. Why are you looking for an aftermarket intake manifold? If you are not turboing the GE motor you are going to lose a ton of torque by going to a front facing manifold. They have the throttle body over the head for a reason on the NA version..

Congratulations SCreamy!
For performance radiators (usually intended for turbocharging applications), you can do very well with an aftermarket Koyo or Mishimoto spec'd for a 93-98 MKIV Supra. That trans cooling kit you posted will be required for this. Several threads detail how to adapt these radiators easily for the SC (there is a slight height difference between the SC and MKIV radiators).
Though for a stock engine you don't *need* the extra cooling but it's actually less costly than an OEM SC300 radiator. Alternatively I think RockAuto stocks aftermarket Denso OEM-spec SC300 radiators.
I agree that you shouldn't mess with a forward facing intake manifold if you're staying NA. It does make changing the spark plugs a chore but it's there for low end torque which you need if you have no turbo. If you're going NA-T right off the bat then by all means a FFIM makes more sense, though it isn't needed for this either.

Yeah im definetly not messing the intake manifold, but im sure hell is going to clean the heck out of it with good old seafoam
But the above kit is what ill be getting which includes a dual core (2 row) full aluminum radiator and a tranny/oil cooler.
Thank you guys. this forum is literally the best forum for lexus.
Cant wait to be done with restoring this bad boy.
