1992 lexus sc300 na I got a new exhaust and it popples really hard. And a few days ago it started shaking really hard and I noticed alot of power loss and its very hard to put into gear. What could be wrong?

Sounds like something is disconnected, cam sensor maybe? I'm not sure what wires are close to the tranny when doing an exhaust job, but perhaps something disconnected there. Take it back to the shop where you had the work done and tell them once you got out of there it hasn't been running right, they should look at it for free.

Dude,

Are the original heat shields still there? Did the shop modify or toss them in the trash?

I'm not sure I haven't checked what would that mean if they did?

That's normal. It's called over run.

i'd start with popping open the ECU and looking for leaking capacitors. Just ran through a similar issue with my SC (loss of power, limp-mode, 3rd gear only) went to pull the codes and couldn't get any to display. Cracked the case on the ECU and found virtually all of the capacitors leaking. Replaced with a rebuilt ECU and most all of the problems are no-more
