I noticed that when I turn my car on without turning the engine on, the dash will have some lights on such as battery, oil?, and check engine light.

But as soon as I turn the engine on all those lights disappear, is this normal in SC400/SC300?

The car is working absolutely fine and no issues whatsoever.

Note: The reason why the speedometer isn't working is when the interior gets too hot it will stop showing on my dash. Texas heat

Yes thats normal. Several of those lights are self-checks when you turn the key on.
