Default Sewell's parts diagrams...

I loved using Sewell in the past, they had the best diagrams and made it easy to find what I needed. Now that they're offline I can't find any diagrams or any site with diagrams like that, does anyone have them saved somewhere? I'm trying to find the wire that connects to my left ignition coil, it crumbled into pieces and now it's impossible to connect to the ignition coil. Any help appreciated or if you know another spot with good diagrams please link me.

Try the Carson Toyota site.... The diagrams are pretty decent. Lexus of South Atlanta is similar.

Yea they have some but nothing for the ignition system(95 SC400). Sewell had everything, and in better detail from what I remember. Lexus of South Atlanta doesn't list my car... but they have the SC300 and I don't know what's compatible between the two. Sewell made it easy.

I saved a full copy of the Sewell schematics for my model/year before they went offline. They help with initial researching but aren't nearly as useful without the corresponding HTML pages with the descriptions and full part numbers. I've also never found those to be of much use for wiring.

Check with Matt at MyLParts.com -- they're a new forum sponsor with similar CL discounted pricing to Sewell, and he can look up stuff for you that may be able to determine online. I just put in my first order with them and they were great to deal with.

Yea I'm going to have to check them out, I just like what I was used to. Sewell was a great site. I'm probably just going to go to the junkyard anyway and cut the wire/clip off and rewire onto the existing wires. It really sucks no junkyards are open on Sunday by me. I swear the way the clip crumbled apart that it was the problem. Always next weekend I guess...

There is a site where you can go and register, once you register (it is free) you will be able to access a pretty complete list of schematics including part numbers, etc. I tried listing it in here but its name is being asterisked out, somehow. I don't see any reason it should be blotted out, since other, less useful websites appear to be listed. If you decode this simple code "25,15,25,15,4,9,25,4,15,20,3,15,13" using the English alphabet, you will find it.

I routinely use it when I want to cross-reference and/or find parts for my 1992 LS400.

Good Luck

^ I'm thinking that first '25' should be a 20?

Ignition coil correct? Check the connector to see if the number "11246" is stamped on it. If your connector looks like this picture, then the part number you need for the terminal and wire is 82998-12440.
