Garage evergreen in Japan has been doing this for years (I can recall back to at least 09). They charge 400 dollars tho for the taillights.

Tbh it's not really that tough if you now how to bake the taillights open and then just remove the light diffusers on the bottom.

Never understood why people needed to change the tail lights on these cars. The OEM ones look just fine... all three versions. Look alot better than this ebay shet.

I generally agree, although I've noticed the '92-94 tails look much better on darker colors than they do on red-tan cars. The red/amber looks fine against green-blue-black but contrasts too much (due to their size?) with similar colors.

Are you referring to the taillights the op posted or mine? Cuz the ones I posted are OEM 95-96 tails

And to answer why people change lights.... cuz it's a mod that doesn't take much work and it adds to their mod list haha

I lost a 95 tail light to the oven once, too much multitasking and I melted it =(
all of a sudden stock 97 tails looked like a good option after that =)

If you don't mind the tail light out icon on your dash on all the time, the altezzas are an ok choice. Pisses me the **** off, but i like how they look different probably gonna smoke the top section.

I kept my oem 92s in a box.
