Default replaced drvr window regulator but now rolls up slow

rolls down fine but the top half of the way up starts to add resistance and it struggles to go all the way up and I pulled the regularor off and the window is hard to even push down by hand so that tells me its not a regularor problem but rather a problem in the tracks ?

I have greased and lubed everything to no avl so does anybody have any suggestions?

I doubt this is gonna be your case, but check the trailing edge of the window for a triangular-shaped plastic piece that may be protruding out and rubbing up against the window. My passenger window had this piece sticking out and it really slowed it down and wouldn't even let it go up if it was cold enough.

Where exactly do I look for this? Sounds like that may be the problem.

Depending on the previous post result, maybe try a bit of silicone grease in the vertical crease, a little goes a lonnngggg way. If its really dry this will be night and day.

I greased the tracks on both doors with a ton of grease however the driver side made no difference at all just the passenger got better

The piece is at the bottom corner of the B Pillar. Again, I don't know if it's your case, but it helped in my case.

This is at the bottom of the track? I looked and did not see anything out of place.
