Default 2jz-gte flywheel same for 2jz-ge??

Will the flywheel from a 2JZ-GTE supra work on a non-turbo supra? If not does anyone know where to get the cheapest price on one for a 2JZ-GE engine??

No the flywheels are different for both 6speed and 5speed 6 is a pull design and 5 is a push design
therefore they are not the same.

Default flywheel 2JZGTE / GE

I'm of the opinion the the FLYWHEEL is the same on both engines. It is the clutch that is different, but that is interchangeable far as I know. I'm trying to remember when I swapped the GTE engine in my lexus (with stock Lexus 5-speed)... it may be that I took the flywheel off my old Lexus engine, but seems to me I used the one that came on the GTE.

Definitely takes a completely different clutch assembly for the 5-speed vs the 6-speed tranny

If you look at the stock 6speed fly wheel it has the dampner which is not in the 5 speed, alsothe weight of both are totaly different.
