If you drive a stock and properly maintained Lex, you should have no problems passing emssions.
A few easy tips:
1) Fill up with a fresh tank of gas before emissions
2) Drive your car so your exhaust system and engine are warmed up fully
3) Make sure your car is tuned up
4) Could try a fuel system cleaner one tank before your test
What are your tips 1Sick?

1SICKLEX,
Can you read my My Maintenance post. I didn't fail but the Hydrocarbons were too close for my comfort. And, yes I do keep up with my car maintenance and then some.
Maybe, finally you can shed some light on it.
