The CD changers all go out eventually. The best thing for it, if you have the "CD Err" message on the LCD screen when you press the button, is to pull the factory radio out and perform the DIY auxiliary-in port modification, hook that up to a ground-loop isolator from Radio Shack and install a stereo jack somewhere on the dash inside the console for instance where it's hidden away). Or you could hook that up to a universal bluetooth audio streaming device like ones from iSimple that are meant to be hidden from view. That way you can use your iPhone as the audio device.

That, or you could get an aftermarket double-din head unit with a Metra bezel if you want something newer. Some of those units also have CD players built in. There isn't much to be done to fix the factory CD changers once they have gone OP, sorry to say.

There is one fix. Mine wouldn't take the magazine down to load the cd's. Someone told me about the little button that is supposed to get pressed when the door closes. If the tab on the door breaks off, the button does not get pressed. I filled the magazine with cd's, put it in and pressed the button, it took it down, loaded and mine has been working ever since.

the cartridge and it search but it seem it cannot read the disc
I saw the physical disc been move to the reader but no audio

Reset and run a laser lens cleaning CD. It worked for me.
My newly purchased SC400 had the same issue. Do a search here, you will see similar advice.

Default Changer

When mine went out, I just went to a pick-a-part place and paid $20 for another.
