Default Fuel gauge not working

So i have a 92 SC400 was doing some gauge cluster light upgrades when my dumb self put in one wrong screw in the back of the fuel gauge now it does not work just goes to the very bottom and sets there.

Update: today driving to work now the fuel gauge has gone all the way up and set there. Is there anyway to fix this or do I have to get a new one and put it in???? Someone please help

Hmmmm, interesting one.

Did you remove or touch the gauge needle at all?

Gauge motor is broken due to the wrong screw. Need a new one. Might get lucky by putting the right one back in unless you already tried that.

I tried that. So I'm thinking that the motor is now bad

How much would something like that cost if I had it shipped to you to fix???
